Operating nationally and using government licensed Corporate Approved Inspectors; Compliance carries out the function of the Building Control Body for many clients who prefer the benefits of a private consultancy rather than having to use a different Local Authority system in each area of the country.
Compliance provides all the normal services of Pre-Tender Advice, Plan Examination, Site Inspections and the issuing of Final Certificates; and can also provide a range of other linked services, as required;
For your Part L requirements, Compliance can offer advice on insulation techniques, heating and ventilations systems, organise SAP calculations (that measure the carbon emissions from the property), Air Testing (that helps reduce those emissions) and produce the final Energy Performance Certificate to enable Building Regulations approval
