This Elka engineered flooring has a brushed finish and an oiled surface gloss. It has 1 strip pattern and is suitable for use with underfloor heating, cooling systems and stairs. The top layer thickness is 3mm giving a more stable construction than solid wood. The Natural wood flooring products need to be acclimatised before installation as per the manufacturer's guidelines. Can be laid in all residential areas (except those of high humidity).
