Skirting

Whether you are creating a new build or a renovation project, skirting board is an attractive and practical way of disguising the join between your flooring and the wall, whilst protecting the bottom of the wall from kicks and knocks from feet, furniture etc.

As a finishing touch, skirting boards can be chosen to match your doors, windows, architraves and other small mouldings. They are also a simple method of easily changing the overall feel of a room, whether you want to give the illusion of more space or create a living area that fits into the traditional or modern style of your home.

We offer a wide range of different skirting board profiles in both hardwood and softwood options including:

  • Torus Skirting
  • Ogee Skirting
  • Bullnose Skirting

Most skirting boards are dual purpose, giving you the option of which profile to use. There is also a practical benefit of dual purpose skirting, as the side that is placed against the wall will have an empty void that can be utilised by threading wiring through, creating a discrete solution for phone cables etc.

We can produce skirting that fits most specifications and budgets, including special moulding profiles, in a selection of finishes. We also offer a range of preservatives and treatments that will allow you to achieve the finish you require.
