Radiator keys come in all shapes and sizes, and are handy tools for undoing, tightening, and adjusting the fittings of a radiator. This allows you to ensure that you can maintain single radiators as well as the entire system.
Trapped air is a common problem for radiators, causing cold spots and ultimately reducing how efficient they can be. A radiator key is one method of removing any air and ensuring high performance.
Air vents work in conjunction with the radiator key and help get trapped air out of your radiator. This is important as trapped air can create cold patches in your radiator, which over time can build up and block the movement of warm water through parts of your radiator.
