Reinforcement Mesh is a popular product within the construction industry, due to its ability to strengthen concrete, particularly slabs, whilst reducing the potential for cracking. The steel mesh expands under different temperatures at the same levels as concrete, allowing the metal to reduce the likelihood of stresses being caused when the temperature rises and dips. Placed in the middle of concrete, the welded fabric reduces bending whilst allowing the concrete to withstand heavier loads. Please note: Timber and stone are natural materials, and as such, variation in colour, texture, and natural markings is to be expected.
