Floor Cleaning Products
Floor cleaning products are important no matter what your flooring type. Whether you have laminate, vinyl, or wooden flooring in your home, once it is fitted and installed, you are going to want to keep that new floor look and shine for as long as possible. The easiest way to achieve that is to regularly clean it and ensure that it continues to be fully protected against everything, from dirty marks and scuffing to scratches.
Cleaning products can be used to add extra benefits to your flooring, for example, resistance to water. Whatever type of flooring you have, we always recommend checking any cleaning instructions provided by the manufacturer to ensure that any products you use will not damage the surface.
For wooden floors, we would recommend the following cleaning products: hardwood floor cleaner, hardwood floor spray mop or oil soap wood cleaner.
As for laminate floors, we recommend cleaning products such as: laminate floor cleaner, hard floor cleaner and hardwood wet jets.
For day-to-day cleaning, we recommend using a damp cloth rather than a wet mop, as too much liquid could seep into the flooring and cause long-term damage. Spills should be cleaned up as quickly as possible, and soft sweeping brushes and vacuum cleaner should be acceptable to use on both floor types.
