710 Self Level Flexiplus is a floor levelling compound that makes the job easier by self-levelling and self-smoothing with improved flexibility. Febflor Flexiplus Latex is used to level out internal uneven floors, including those with a small amount of movement. This product is perfect for asphalt or tar based surfaces and can also be used beneath underfloor heating systems. The product sets fully in 3-4 hours and can be foot trafficable in 2-4 hours.
