Choose the Expamet Herringbone joist structs for a faster to install alternative to timber noggins. Fixing type is 3.75 x 30mm Square Twisted Sherardized/Galvanised Nails with 3.8mm Fixing Hole Dimensions. Fix with 1 nail per end, using the fixing hole central to joist. 6mm gap should be left between opposing struts. For floor spans up to 4.5, use 1 row centrally. For floors over 4.5m, use 2 rows at 1/3 span positions.
