Cost effective panel made from highly compressed wood fibres. Usually finished smooth on one side and textured on the reverse.
Hardboard is specifically designed and manufactured to be a low-value but versatile board. Cost of production is kept low by using the natural resin in the wood fibres to bond the board rather than synthetic adhesives.
Can be used for a lot of different applications i.e. floor covering, general decorative projects, signs, displays, doors, panels, backing for wardrobes, cabinets and bottom of drawers etc.
This product has FSC certification and full chain of custody so you can have total peace of mind that it is responsibly sourced wood. Colour may vary per board. Please note: Timber and stone are natural materials, and as such, variation in colour, texture, and natural markings is to be expected. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through imagery; however, colours and shades may appear differently depending on individual monitor settings such as brightness, temperature, and contrast. These variations are not considered defects.
