About this product...
This sleek, modern interlocking tile has a flat, smooth, single-lap interlocking design with a slate-like appearance enhanced by a broken bond laying pattern. Tried, tested and trusted, the Marley Modern has become a staple product for roofers over many years. 17.5' minimum pitch available for smooth finish tiles; granular finish tiles have a higher minimum pitch requirement. All of our concrete interlocking tiles can achieve an 'A+' rating (which has the lowest environmental impact) in the Building Research Establishment's Green Guide to Specification. Batten Size Recommended 38 x 25mm for rafters/supports not exceeding 450mm centres or 50 x 25mm for rafters/supports not exceeding 600mm centres.
