This UC2 rough sawn timber is sourced and produced in the British Isles, reducing the carbon footprint of timber products compared to imported products. The sawn treated carcassing has a rough sawn finish, which is pressure treated to prolong timbers lifespan and protect rot or insect attack. A non-structural softwood that is ideal for internal studwork or framing projects. It is not suitable for use in direct ground contact. It is important to ensure that any cut ends are re-sealed with a protective treatment.
