Designed with joinery quality in mind, these battens are either R2E (Rounded 2 Edges), therefore they're eased on all 2 of the four edges. Alternatively they're R4E (Rounded 4 Edges) or sometimes referred to as R2C (Rounded 4 Corners). Either way, it makes every batten not only visually appealing but also user-friendly during installation.

Regularised timber means it has gone through a machine which rounds or eases the edges. This operation uniforms the finished size which will usually be 5mm less than stated on both the face and width. Ensuring consistency and durability, making it ideal for use as cladding battens, screen battens, fencing, or other outdoor applications. However, it can also be used as internal decorative joinery such as a PSE or PAR.
