Plaster

Plaster is a soft mixture used to create a hard, smooth surface on walls or ceilings. At Howarth, we offer a wide range of plastering products, including:

  • Skim finish plaster: A popular choice for creating a smooth surface ready for decoration. It comes ready-mixed and acts like a wet adhesive, making it easy to apply. It won’t slump on vertical surfaces and can cover holes up to 3mm deep.
  • Plaster mesh: Used to strengthen and protect plasterwork, suitable for both internal and external use.
  • Patching plaster: Ideal for quick repairs to existing plaster. It dries fast, so you can sand and decorate the area shortly after application.
  • Undercoat plaster: Used in a two-coat plaster system, suitable for masonry backgrounds like bricks and blocks. It also serves as a bonding plaster.
