Cavity Tray Right Hand Brickwork Intermediate

Only one end of the GW291 and GW292 Right and Left Hand Intermediate Trays has an up stand. This allows water to drain from the tray and into the cavity tray system. The tray's upstand keeps rain from reaching the outside wall and spreading across the stonework. Once the mortar has set, the tray features a distinctive front mortar clip that can be withdrawn at any moment, leaving a 25mm deep slot into which the lead is placed and secured using lead wedges.The tray also has an injection moulded mortar trap, which assures a clear water flow by limiting the chance of mortar droppings and other debris entirely obstructing the tray. However, the trays should still be kept clear of mortar and other building debris.
