Product Description
Treated graded carcassing is a structural timber that's commonly used for stud walls, roof and floor joists, and structural joinery. It is machined to have rounded edges, smooth faces and sides, for a more uniformed piece of timber. It is kiln dried to minimise moisture content and improve strength and stability, as well as pressure treated with preservatives to improve rotting resistance. Finished sizes are approximately 5-6mm smaller than nominal sizes, product is 45 x 45mm finished, and 47 x 50mm nominal sizes.
