Carcassing is a generic trade term term meaning the timber is used to form floors, walls, ceilings and roofs of properties. All our timber has full chain of custody, meaning our timber is sourced responsibly. It is kiln dried to minimise moisture content and improve strength and stability. Finished sizes are approximately 5-6mm smaller than nominal sizes, product is 45 x 45mm finished, and 47 x 50mm nominal sizes.
