Telescopic Underfloor Ventilators are designed to be fit into place during the bricklaying process, so as to provide a clear passage for airflow into the void space beneath the flooring, creating good ventilation. If you are installing the Ventilator above your damp proof course (DPC), then you will need to install a cavity tray above it.
