Branch Manager
The Grimsby Branch of Howarth Timber & Building Supplies is led by Andrew Smith, who joined the company in 2018. With over two decades of experience in the builders’ merchant industry, his journey began back in 2000 after leaving university. Starting out on the trade counter, he steadily progressed through Assistant Branch Manager roles before stepping into his current Branch Manager position.
His wide-ranging background in mixed builders’ merchants has provided him with a deep understanding of both trade and customer needs, making him a knowledgeable figure within the Grimsby branch.
Grimsby is a well-equipped branch offering a wide range of timber products, supported by mill facilities to cater to bespoke requirements. Customers also benefit from our brick matching service, a selection of plumbing and heating products, and a Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom showroom, which includes a visual CAD design service to help bring your project to life.
