Tom Howe leads the Howarth Timber & Building Supplies branch in Sale, having worked in the industry for over 15 years and with Howarth for over 6 years. Sale is Tom’s third Howarth branch, having moved here from the Manchester branch. Tom, his team, and the Sale branch are part of a large community, with a loyal and like-minded customer base.

In the Sale branch we stock a huge range of building materials, specialising in timber, insulation, Velux windows, and plasterboard. We are reliable and efficient, with a quick turnaround for deliveries. Operating with an 18 Tonne HIAB wagon, an 11 Tonne crane wagon, and a pickup van for the smaller jobs, we can deliver your supplies to your home or job site.

Our team is very experienced, with some staff being with Howarth Sale for over 15 years. We have a well stocked shop, door displays and we can offer truss designs through the engineering department. We can also offer ProQuant estimates and direct to site deliveries.

Our most popular products held in stock are: bricks and blocks, insulation, plaster and plasterboard, treated and untreated timber, fencing, aggregates and cement, PSE’s, skirting, architrave, MDF mouldings, and sheet materials.

We operate a one-way system with the entrance from Glebelands Road. Please drive in and stop as far forward as you can to allow as much room behind you are possible for others. If you are collecting, please speak to one of our helpful yard operatives who will write you a tally ticket to take into the office and pay. For all other enquiries please come straight to the office and one of the counter staff will be able to assist.
