Imported Treated C24 Graded KD Timber Regularised Carcassing is a high-quality imported whitewood that's commonly used for interior construction i.e., stud walls, roof, and floor joists. The use of C24 grade timber, which has a smaller cross section, allows for higher loads, and longer spans. It is machined to have rounded edges, smooth faces, and sides, for a more uniformed piece of timber. It is also kiln dried to minimise moisture content and improve strength and stability, as well as pressure treated with preservatives to improve rotting resistance. Please note: Timber and stone are natural materials, and as such, variation in colour, texture, and natural markings is to be expected.
