About this product...
DuroForm Hexa+ panel is an excellent alternative to traditional Birch plywood phenolic overlaid plywood options. With its multi-lamination core construction and Aica overlay, users of the material can expect a high end finish on this product that’s been manufactured with the UK market in mind.
EN636-3S Class 3 - can be used externally in climatic conditions leading to higher moisture content than service class 2. Able to withstand exposure to weathering conditions and liquid water or water vapour in a damp but ventilated areas.
EN314 Class 3 - can be used for internal or external structural applications. Offers weather resistance during the construction phase.
Ideal applications would be commercial vehicles, van and trailer flooring, arena seating and steps, access and loading platforms, walkways and ramps, marquee flooring and other interior/exterior applications (once suitably protected).
We always recommend that all sheet material, regardless of grade/class need to be sealed or treated on all edges, faces, and back, (especially if cut) using a suitable solvent or acrylic based sealed. Avoid water based treatment as it can absorb moisture directly into the board.
Please note: Timber and stone are natural materials, and as such, variation in colour, texture, and natural markings is to be expected. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through imagery; however, colours and shades may appear differently depending on individual monitor settings such as brightness, temperature, and contrast. These variations are not considered defects.
