Treated timber is suitable to be used externally and is suitable for wet areas, however UC3u treated timber shouldn't be used for in-ground or water contact. Examples of UC3u treated timber uses are outdoor decking, shed bases, posts, sleepers. Carcassing is a generic trade term which refers to the use of a species of timber. Spruce/Pine and Fir are used to form floors, walls, ceilings and roofs of properties for example. Manufactured from FSC certified sawn timber, so you have complete peace of mind that the timber is procured from sustainable sources. Unseasoned timber means timber than has not yet dried to a moisture content matched to its intended environment, which means it can still be used for for purpose. However you need to be aware of any shrinkage that may occur.
