The Barwell Branch of Howarth Timber & Building Supplies is led by Bob Gee. With 26 years of experience in the builders’ merchant industry, Bob has worked in the trade since leaving school. He has spent the past 16 years in management, successfully overseeing 4 different branches.
He joined Howarth Timber – formerly Verdon Timber – 7 years ago and now leads the Barwell branch, bringing a strong focus on customer service, product knowledge, and team development. The branch offers a comprehensive range of services and materials to support both trade and retail customers, including timber cutting, brick matching, loose tip aggregates, bespoke timber solutions, and a wide selection of PSE mouldings. In addition, customers can explore the dedicated door and flooring showrooms, as well as find supplies for underground drainage, roofing, and landscaping projects.
