We at Howarth Timber & Building Supplies Ltd are committed to providing a high quality service to all our customers and welcome feedback from individuals, intermediaries and anyone who works with us, on all aspects of our work.

We treat any expression of dissatisfaction with our service as a complaint which requires a response. All complaints will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt. The complaint will be fully investigated and a response will be provided to the complainant by the investigator within 20 working days of receipt. In exceptional circumstances the investigation may require longer, in this case the investigator will notify the complaint advising of the reasons for this and provide a revised date for response.

We have some amazing staff working for us and welcome any compliments that wish to be given. As we would like to keep a record of compliments given to staff so they can be recognised we ask that any compliments are submitted to [email protected]
