406 Stabilising Solution (5L) is a superfine polymer emulsion for dusty, chalky, or aged surfaces. Wallpaper, paint, tiling, and other decorative elements can be added. This stabilising solution can be used on plaster, brickwork, pebbledash, and other surfaces both internally and externally.
