404 Concrete Hardener & Dustproofer is produced to harden and dustproof old or newly laid concrete floors and can be used internally and externally. It is an easy-to-use product that dries clear. Application of this product helps to prevent lightening or discolouration of the concrete. The 403 concrete product is made up of silicate resins and has a chemical reaction to the lime in concrete in order to form a hard-wearing surface.
