All Purpose Powder Filler is for both internal and external use. This filler has added PVA power for extra strength and prevent shrinkage or cracks. Everbuild All Purpose Filler is suitable for repairs to plaster, brick, stone, and wood. It can be nailed or screwed into when dry. This powder filler is quick setting and non-shrink. The filler is ready to apply in one minute just mixing in water and dries in about one hour to a smooth sandable finish that dries white. For exterior use, always overpaint with oil based primer and top coat to protect filler
