Cladding Case Studies

Cladding can be used in a number of ways to enhance a building or construction, improve it’s strength and protect it from natural elements such as the weather, sunlight and water absorption. Here we take a look at some examples of cladding used for various businesses.

Orchard Care Home – ArborClad Thermal Clear Pine

Howarth’s ArborClad Clear Pine cladding was specified because of it’s attractive appearance and sustainability benefits. At the Orchard Care Home it is incorporated across entire elevations on selected buildings and as a unifying factor on others. As well as supplying the Clear Pine, Howarth machined to profile and finished the corner moulds and fascias, providing a streamlined service.

The benefits of this type of cladding is that it is virtually knot free, resistant to moisture through non-chemical treating, requires minimal maintenance and is available PEFC certified on request. It is low cost with an attractive aesthetic.
