The Sound Insulation Slab is designed to be used to reduce noise between rooms in a building and between connecting properties. It does this by dampening vibration-based noise as it travels through structures, whilst reducing sound waves as they transmit through the air. The slab is ideal for placing in the floor, as well as both internal and separating walls. Manufactured from stone wool, the slab is non-combustible allowing it to act as a barrier to fire, whilst not emitting any toxic smoke.
