Soffit Strip Cembrit Boards are a buff coloured board that have a smooth surface, and are specifically pre-cut to be used as a soffit. Cembrit is a fibre cement building board that is versatile and suitable for general use. It can be cut to size to fit with all varieties of strips and panelling. There is no need to prime the boards, as alikali resistant paints and emulsions can be applied directly onto the surface. The board is resistant against a number of hazards, including elements such as moisture, frost and heat, as well as fungal and insect attacks. They are also durable against impact. The strip has a Class O fire rating.
