Frequently Asked Questions

How many paving slabs do I need?
To work out how many paving slabs you will need, we recommend measuring the width and length of the area that you’re looking to pave and multiply the two numbers together. This will then give you your area to pave.
How much does paving cost?
The cost of paving depends on the size of the area. If you’d like to pave up to 40 square metres, it will cost approximately £100 per square metre. 40 to 100 square metres would cost approximately £85 per square metre, and 100+ square metres would cost approximately £75.
What materials do I need to lay paving?
To lay the perfect paving, you will need a sub-base material, usually gritty sand or cement. As a one-stop-shop for all your paving needs, we can supply everything you require including an appropriate sub-base and cement.
Can I use paving for my driveway?
Absolutely. Paving is a tough, durable and attractive material that’s ideal for use on even the busiest of driveways.
What’s the difference between granite, limestone and sandstone paving?
Granite is incredibly strong, so is ideal for areas with particularly heavy traffic. Limestone is more consistent in colour and pattern than other paving materials which means it creates a sleek, stylish finish. Sandstone varies from slab to slab which creates a more rustic, characterful paving option.
