The Dewsbury Branch of Howarth Timber & Building Supplies is led by Simon Shipway, bringing over five years of experience with the company. He began his career in the timber and builders’ merchant industry at the Wakefield branch, following more than 20 years in retail and hospitality management. His extensive background has given him a strong understanding of customer service, operations, and the importance of building long-lasting relationships.
Simon is passionate about creating a welcoming and efficient branch where customers receive not only expert advice but also a high level of personal service. He believes that a successful branch is built on three key principles: offering a great selection of quality products, ensuring fast and reliable delivery, and always putting the customer first.
