Ancon Staifix Screw-in Starter Frame Tie with Nylon Plug 135mm (10 Pack)

A screw-in tie supplied with a Nylon 8mm plug for joining new masonry to existing walls without the need for jointing, perfect for conservatories, extensions and garden walls. Simple and easy to install, this starter tie is suitable for use in brickwork and blockwork of up to 3 storeys or 8 metres in height and can be used in line with NHBC standards. Supplied complete with an 8mm nylon wall plug, the Starter Tie is fixed into the existing wall at an angle of 30° to the horizontal and bent into the bed joints of the new brickwork. Ties should be fixed at 225mm vertical centres and be central to each leaf of the new wall.
