The Telescopic Underfloor Ventilator 5-7 Courses 1201XL+ is an adjustable ventilator designed to carry outside air through the wall and into the void beneath a suspended ground floor. Its vertical height adjusts to suit approximately 5 to 7 brick courses (375-525mm), with a minimum cavity width of 50mm, giving installers flexibility across different wall constructions while maintaining a dedicated airflow route beneath the floor.
