Product Description
C24 is a structural timber typically used to support structures and frameworks for buildings such as walls, ceilings and decking joists. It has many other uses for structural joinery. The use of C24 grade timber, which has a smaller cross-section, allowing for higher loads, and longer spans. C24 grade has fewer weaknesses and knots than C16, which is stronger with a higher point load. It is machined to have rounded edges, smooth faces and sides, for a more uniform piece of timber. It is also kiln dried to minimise moisture content and improve strength and stability. Pressure treatment has been applied with preservatives to improve rotting resistance. The finished size you will receive is 47mm x 200mm.
